What Am I Doing Wrong?

ok...I've been on the 'perpetual' since the beginning...
I still had the "will expire in 97 days" message, so I uninstalled via
Add/Remove...went to Connect, and followed the links/instructions (Get It
Now, Activate a Product Key), then it takes me to another page, and I click
"Start Now"...which brings me to another page that tells me there are no
available plans and shows the following:
The following plan(s) are currently, or were previously, associated with
your e-mail address,
Windows Live OneCare BETA ( purchased 7/19/2006, Subscription status:
enabled )
So, what am I doing wrong, and how to I re-install/activate the perpetual
with a key according to the instructions?
